How do I make a return?

Before sending anything back, please obtain a return authorization; otherwise, your return may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Policy

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-577-5920 or email us at sales@frameusa.com. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Reason for requesting a return
  • If damaged/defective, please include a detailed description and photos

Returns may be authorized within 30 days of purchase, assuming the following conditions are met:

  • Orders of 50 frames or less of standard-size frames are eligible for return.
  • Custom frames, mats, closeout frames, and overstock frames are non-returnable.
  • The original cost of shipping, as well as oversize fees, are not eligible for a refund.
  • The customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Prior to sending anything back, please make sure to obtain a return authorization or your return may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed for authorized returns after the merchandise arrives to 140 Industrial Pkwy, Ithaca MI 48847.

Please report any damaged/defective products within 30 days of the receipt of your order to request a replacement. Fill out this form to report any damage.
